What happens after I fill in this form?

1) I'll get back to you via email

2) We'll get on a discovery call to see if we're a good match, discuss your goals, budget, and what kind of project we could do together.

3) If all goes well, together we'll build a package for you at the end of that same call, so you leave the call with a proposal and quote. If the call goes exceptionally well, you might also get a contract and invoice in the same day to secure your spot.

4) WE'RE WORKING TOGETHER!!!

Do you only do gothic brands?

No. We chose to focus on brands with a dark aesthetic in general, regardless of the particular style or if it’s “complete utter darkness” or just a sprinkle of it on a more mainstream brand.

Our main priority is making sure your brand matches your products and attracts your target audience, so that your business is a success. Putting labels on the design style is the laaast thing I’m concerned about.

How do you choose which clients to work with?

I evaluate the client’s ideas and expectations, and if they match the kind of work we do, I’m more than happy to take this client in! Things that can influence this negatively are for example, if the client requests a particular style we can’t do, or if their expectations are way off.

Basically, I’m a perfectionist and if I think we can’t do a good job for your brand, I won’t waste your time or mine.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we do! I understand branding is an investment so I’m happy to offer payment plans to accommodate the larger packages.

For packages $3.8k+, we can do up to 3 monthly installments.
For packages $5k+, we can do 4.
For packages $8k+, we can do 5.
And for packages $14k+ we can do 6.

How does payment work?

We can go about this two ways:

1) 50% of the project price to confirm your booking, and 50% after the project is signed off, right before file delivery

2) In the case of payment plans, the first installment will be due to confirm your booking, the second one a month later, and so on until all the installments are paid.

You should fill in this form telling me all about your business and your current situation. The problems you’re facing, your plans, the vision you have for your brand, and what you have in mind in terms of budget to make that happen.

I'll guide you through the rest. Trust fall into my arms, baby!

How long before my launch should I book a project with you?

We're usually booked 4-6 weeks in advance, and then there's the project timeline, which can vary between 1-3 months depending on how much word we'll be doing, so I recommend you get in touch at least 4 months before your intended launch date.

Tough love moment: We will NOT sacrifice quality to compress timelines. We believe in doing things properly around here. That means no "1 week websites”, no “brand in a day” sort of stuff. I want you to walk out my door with the best brand you could possibly get. And this takes time.
